The service

VoKeys provides input and control between a phone and a computer and requires the desktop assistant. It does not include AI model subscriptions or guarantee third-party AI outputs. Features depend on the operating system, target application and permissions.

Accounts and devices

Use sign-in information you are authorized to access and connect only devices you own or are permitted to control. Protect your account and devices, and revoke unused sessions. First verified sign-in creates an account. Device and entitlement limits are shown in the account center.

Use and third-party services

Check the target tool and input before sending. Do not use the service for unauthorized control or unlawful activity. WeChat, input methods and AI applications are provided by their respective operators and have their own terms and privacy policies.

Versions, entitlements and charges

Unreleased versions are marked on the download page. Prices and access periods are shown on the plans and checkout pages. When WeChat Pay is available, membership can be purchased through checkout. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal, and creating an account does not charge you. Contact the operator below for support or refund requests.

Membership refunds

30-day personal membership: the daily rate is the amount paid for that order divided by 30; unused days are refundable. Lifetime membership: used days are charged at the 30-day personal price recorded at purchase divided by 30; the remaining payment is refundable.

Time runs continuously from the start of that order’s membership period. Each 24 hours counts as one day, with partial days rounded up; a renewal that has not started has zero days used. The final refund is rounded to the nearest cent, bounded by zero and the amount paid. Later price changes do not alter an existing order’s rate. Contact the email below to request a refund; the corresponding membership entitlement ends when the refund completes.

Changes and feedback

The service and documentation may change with product updates. Network conditions, permissions and third-party application changes can affect functionality. Stop and check your computer if something goes wrong. Changes to these terms will be posted here.
