Information we process
To provide sign-in, device binding and entitlements, we process your phone number or email, linked WeChat identifiers, login sessions, device names and identifiers, membership information, order and payment records, and necessary security and operational records. Verification codes confirm your identity.
Your input and voice
Text and images are sent over an encrypted local connection to your paired computer, not to the VoKeys account server. Voice conversations in the mini program use WeChat’s speech recognition plugin. Keyboard dictation is processed by your input-method provider. Content sent to an AI tool is subject to that tool’s policies.
Providers and storage
The account service runs on Alibaba Cloud; phone verification codes are delivered through Tencent Cloud SMS. The website is served by our existing Alibaba Cloud server, which processes website requests. Membership payments are processed by WeChat Pay; the account service keeps order numbers, amounts, payment status and transaction IDs for membership activation and order reconciliation. Your AI input is not sent to these providers by the account service.
Account security and cookies
The website uses security cookies necessary for sign-in. Browser scripts cannot read login credentials. Review and revoke unused sessions in your account center. A new phone still requires approval on the computer.
Your choices and contact
You can review account information, link or remove sign-in methods (keeping at least one), and revoke device sessions. Contact us below to request correction, export or deletion. We verify identity and handle requests under applicable requirements. Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Data is retained only as needed for the service and applicable requirements.
